Nestled was founded by Tina Belge, Laura Belge, and Arianna Vazquez, three women committed to expanding housing options that strengthen families and communities. We believe small homes can make a big impact—supporting aging parents, welcoming adult children, creating rental income, and helping neighborhoods grow sustainably. As ADU laws expand across South Carolina and Georgia, Nestled helps homeowners navigate new opportunities with confidence.
